Chrome downloading html file instead of displaying page

The directories and files on your C: drive display as links in the Chrome window. Navigate to the directory that contains the HTML file you want to open by clicking the links. To open an HTML, click the link in the Chrome window. The file displays in the Chrome window. You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open a file in Chrome.

It's working fine in all browser except Chrome,When i run my website on chrome and try to play MP4 video,It starts downloading instead of playing.I don't want that any one should download my video,It should just play from my .aspx page on any browser but no user should be able to download it.
